MBA Summer Associate, Brand Marketing, Summer 2018:

Summer Associates/Interns are assigned to a Brand Team to assist with the implementation of marketing strategies and product development goals of assigned brand or region. You will provide overall assistance with market research, consumer insights, content creation, product development and contribute to projects that set the strategic direction of the brand. In the past, Summer Associates/Interns have focused on many of the following: 

Partner with cross-functional teams (design & development, packaging, engineering, demand planning, costing) on all phases of product development

Assist with the development of go-to-market strategy including social

Provide monthly NPD/industry analysis of key categories

Involvement in primary consumer insight research projects

Develop brand and product positioning statements

Review account specific merchandising/promotional initiatives; evaluation of all advertising campaigns

Track and analyze global POS from top markets on a weekly basis and make recommendations for business growth

Education and Experience Requirements:

Active enrollment in a full time MBA program with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA. Anticipated graduation date in 2019

1 - 3 years of work experience with a proven track record of success

Experience in marketing in a digital/social world

Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint required

Ability to learn and master internal software computer programs and/or systems

Creative thinker with an eye for detail

Passion for play and entertainment, current and future trends and consumer thinking and behavior

Well developed, verbal, written and presentation skills

Strong creative and financial acumen with strategic based judgment

At the end of your internship, you will be considered for a full time offer to join our Marketing Rotation Program in 2019. Should you join the Rotation Program, you will spend 18 months working in various departments across our Brand Blueprint; including Digital, Brand, Consumer and Regional Marketing as an Associate Brand Manager. 

Final Round Interviews will be conducted in January 2018.  Internship is offered June - August 2018 (12 weeks)
